2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the site. By browsing it you agree to observe them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site is informational: it presents the agency’s portfolio and gives you a way to reach us. No contract of sale, purchase or tenancy is concluded through it, no payments are taken and no property is reserved.

3. The nature of the listings

The properties, prices, areas, photographs and specifications published here are for information only. They do not constitute a public offer, an offer or a binding proposal within the meaning of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act, and create no obligation to enter into a transaction.

• Prices are indicative, quoted in euro and open to negotiation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Areas, layouts and distances are as provided by the owner and by the available documentation; they are verified against documents and on site.
• Photographs show the condition at the time they were taken and may not reflect the current furnishing or refurbishment.
• A property may be sold, let or withdrawn without notice, and the listing may remain visible for a short time afterwards.

Before any commitment is made, all material circumstances are verified in writing and confirmed at a viewing.

4. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry creates no contract and binds neither you nor us. We reply within a reasonable time on working days. We reserve the right not to answer an enquiry that is plainly improper, abusive, promotional or automated.

In completing the form you undertake to give correct contact details and not to use another person’s personal data without a basis for doing so. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Brokerage and fees

The terms of any particular service — viewing, brokerage, the amount of the commission, deadlines and exclusivity — are governed solely by a separate written contract between you and the agency. Nothing on this site sets a fee or creates an obligation to pay.

6. Rights in the content

The texts, photographs, logo, mark and layout of the site are protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act. The “PETROVA SIGNATURE” brand and the agency’s mark belong to their holder.

You may browse the site and print or save individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Without prior written consent it is prohibited to:

• reproduce, publish or distribute the content;
• use photographs and texts in other listings or websites;
• extract data automatically, copy the listings database or collect content systematically in any way;
• act in ways that impede the operation of the site or circumvent its security measures.

Some images are licensed from third parties and are used only within this site.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages are possible for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to change, add or remove pages and features without notice.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. We do not control their content and bear no responsibility for it, nor for their privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care that the information is correct and current, but we are not liable for damage arising from:

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
