A short talk about the budget, the term and the date you need to move in. What comes out is a short list, not twenty listings.

Viewings
We come with you to every viewing. We also show what photographs miss: the heating in winter, the parking in the evening, the noise on a weekday.

Contract
Term, deposit, indexation and who pays for what when something breaks are written down before signing, not agreed by word of mouth.

Handover
On the day of the keys we record the condition and the meter readings. The deposit comes back against that same record.
